The Seceda and Rascesa ski lifts are a few minutes' walk away, and the cable car to the Alpe di Siusi slopes is 5 minutes from the property. A supermarket sits directly across the street, and the bus stop for valley routes to Bolzano and Bressanone is 100 meters from the residence.
